Client Portal Information
Bookkeeping and advisory clients access their account information through Double, a third-party client management platform. Tax clients access their account information through Intuit Link, a secure document exchange platform provided by Intuit. Your use of these portals is also governed by each provider’s own privacy policy, and we encourage you to review them.
Automatically Collected Information
Like most websites, our Site may use analytics tools and cookies to collect information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you visit, to help us understand how visitors use the Site.
Digital Product and Consultation Purchases
If you purchase a digital product or book a paid consultation through the Site, we (or our designated payment processor) will collect the information necessary to process your order, such as your name, email address, and payment information. We do not store your full payment card details. Note: online purchasing and scheduling functionality is being finalized and is not yet fully active on the Site.
